Cystolithotripsy- Its a procedure for removing the bladder stone with the help of cystoscope. An endoscopic instrument is inserted via the urinary tract and the bladder stone is broken with holmium laser or lithoclast. All stone fragments are sucked out. Patient can be discharged on the same or next day.

This operation is quite safe and most negligible compliactions in terms of bleeding, infection or bladder injury.
